In this position, you'll lead company-wide performance & talent planning programs to effectively support Plaid's hyper-growth & ensure our leaders, managers, & Plaids (employees) are set up for success as we scale. You'll have the ownership to design, influence, & build these programs in a progressive way that both excites Plaids & equips our leaders to build the best & most effective teams.
