The Role: 

The Marketing Operations Specialist will streamline & execute end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns & programs. You will be our central point of contact for the Demand Center driving marketing program execution, request intake processes & debrief & analysis for optimizing our campaigns. This role will include program execution, project & process management, documentation, enablement, & training. You will also establish Marketo reporting & dashboards to monitor the impact of marketing programs, & help drive decisions to continuously improve marketing performance.

As a data-driven marketer with 2+  years experience in SaaS or EdTech Marketing Operations, & Marketo Certified Associate credentials, you have an understanding of a diverse marketing mix & are able to combine your marketing skills to a passion for data, process, & technology. Youll get to flex your Marketo administration skills & marry them to your organizational & communication skills to drive strategic growth & support scalability. Youve leveraged your deep technical knowledge of Marketo to skillfully manage the Marketo needs of 15+ marketers with demonstrated success delivering webinars, emails, landing pages, & segmentation to support demand generation. You have an analytical mind, but with the ability to translate Marketo reports & findings into KPIs for business & marketing drivers, & communicate those findings to a diverse set of stakeholders. This is a heavily collaborative role so the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, & bring a deep technical knowledge to projects is a must.
