Technical Delivery Manager (TDM)
Position: Provide post-sales activities ownership over multiple accounts in assigned region. Support pre-sales activities to close new business - scope/level of efforts, respond to proposals, prepare SOWs, advise on project approaches, & present methodologies. Oversee delivery of Appian BPM projects at customer accounts to ensure deployment matches client executive & business sponsor expectations & ensure customer satisfaction building long-term relationships. Report pipeline/revenue forecasts & staffing projections/planning. Supervise consultants (direct reports) providing mentorship & career management.
Requirements: 50% travel AND MS in Technology/Engineering major OR BS in Technology/Engineering major + min. 5 yrs. exp. software consulting ideally in ERP, Portal, BPM/Workflow, DM or EAI related setting.
