Our headquarters are in NYC, but we have major hubs in other cities including Chicago, IL, Toronto, CA, & London, UK.
How does this Position help VTS Succeed?
The Office Manager will set the tone for everyone in our office space - & the way in which it operates. This role will be responsible for all things related to employee experience for our team members - from helping to build out & evolve our office, making sure the pantry is stocked with favorite treats, to helping to organise crucial team & client meetings & events.
The person in this position will own the day to day operations of our office space as well as the employee experience. They will facilitate the use of VTS/Rise/Lane's own product to power the in-office experience for employees. This role will interact with the entire VTS team & our clients to help deliver high quality service in an efficient & personable manner.
This role is expected to be in-person in the office 5 days per week.
