We are looking for a versatile individual who has coaching experience, charismatic facilitation skills, & the skills of a project manager to enable the construction customer success team through design, preparation, delivery & needs assessment of training & development programs.
In this role, you will work with the program managers to assess & implement process & training initiatives to support organizational strategies & implementation of new tools & resources, coordinate the activities & resources needed to create impactful training programs, & deliver training programs to enable the customer success teams & leaders across our Construction Customer Success organization.
You perform a versatile role, including project management, meeting & event management, communications, & training design & delivery. You are resourceful, work cross-functionally, uncover & respond to the needs of your target audience (customer success teams), focus on activities that boost productivity, & motivate people to invest in their own professional growth & development.
