Compass is building an end to end real estate platform by providing innovative tools, technology, & support to our agents. We are rapidly expanding & attracting the top real estate agents to continue to grow the brand & help achieve our mission: To help everyone find their place in the world. A top agent team in Austin is expanding & looking for talented Junior Agents to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for engaging new buyer's, adding new listings & learning from experienced agents, while you support the team in an administrative capacity part time. You will be able to grow your own listings & brand as you work with them to expand their social presence, work on active listings & help coordinate sales.

The as a Junior Agent you will:

  • Actively work to promote the Compass Agent Team within the region
  • Engage new buyers & cultivate those contacts into clients
  • Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of the Team Lead
  • Actively promote & engage with other team agents to grow market share & positive team reputation

The as a Part-Time Administrativeand Marketing Assistant you will:

  • Manage external requests & retrieve messages on behalf of the team lead, providing effective communication to both parties as appropriate
  • Coordinate calendars & schedule relevant meetings & travel arrangements
  • Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
  • Assist with showings & open houses
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on the needs of the office
  • CRM management
  • Email marketing
  • Mail marketing
  • Social media management
  • Complete Real Estate activities as required such as Board Packages, listings & CRM management

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent
  • Newly licensed to 2 years experience
  • Service oriented attitude with a client first focus
  • Experienced with the Google Suite, Quickbooks & Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment
  • High ethical standards
  • Drive for excellence & growth
  • Willingness to grow & learn
  • Successfully closed residential sales are a plus

This role will not be employed by Compass. All compensation will be paid through the Agent Team.This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be engaged directly with an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass.
