A Better opportunity:

Better is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join the team. This person will be responsible for developing & maintaining a top notch customer experience for borrowers. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized communicator capable of making sound decisions while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Loan Processors in delivering a positive experience for borrowers
  • Facilitating communication to the borrowers throughout the process via phone, email, text & chat
  • Developing the customer experience as we look to change & refine it based on customers needs
  • Rotational weekend coverage to further support customers through their home-buying or refinancing experience outside of normal business hours.
