How Does This Position Help VTS Succeed?
As an Associate Broker Success Manager at VTS, you'll be responsible for the success & engagement of our brokerage user community across some of the most important markets in the commercial real estate industry. You'll work with a variety of clients & users - from entry level leasing coordinators to veteran agency power brokers that truly move the market in places like New York, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, & Chicago. You'll drive engagement & the value that broker teams receive from VTS, ensuring the industry's only first-party data powered marketplace is a vibrant ecosystem and, in the process, transform how the industry operates.
You'll use data to identify opportunities to drive user behavior that improves the VTS Marketplace experience. Using that insight, you'll provide exceptional service to our brokerage community, shepherding them from day one of their client journey in partnership with the rest of the VTS client success team. You'll host training webinars, zoom meetings, & (once it's safe to do so) in-person meetings with the brokerage community territory you're responsible for.
More than just executing a playbook, you'll help build out the programs that make it easy, fun, & memorable for commercial real estate professionals to understand, enjoy, & fully adopt VTS as part of their everyday life, acting as an evangelist for VTS as an industry-changing organization & platform.
This role is highly cross-functional & will work closely with VTS's implementation, client advisory, support, sales, & marketing teams. You'll report to & work closely with VTS's Director, Community & Learning. This role's projects often require participation from across VTS, & it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on projects' progress, deadlines, & results.
