WANTED!! CLIENT SALES DIRECTOR (m/f)

We are looking for a Director of B2B Sales to join us as a key leader in Paris.A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced & challenging environment, has a passion for sales & is strong in influencing & mentoring others.

Reporting to the CEO of France, you will be responsible for the strategic & organizational management of the B2B sales team, setting goals & objectives according to corporate targets. Identification of new market opportunities & potential growth engines, including the growth of new clients/members. You will be in charge of maximizing sales of the company, responsible for the operations of a companys sales force, development & implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams & sales goals.

The Client Sales Director will have the following responsibilities:

  • Understand the inputs & outputs of our business model

  • Understand our global strategy & use this knowledge cross-functionally to help increase our value to clients

  • Keep up solid industry information of the advantages & corporate well-being space, & our offer & value proposition

  • Prospect to potential corporate customers, perform deals introductions & make customization per customer needs

  • Achieve & maintain the positioning of the company as the industry leader through the implementation of the agreed plans

  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible

  • Attending key meetings with members of the sales team

  • Attending weekly meetings with other senior members of the business

  • Working on account management plans with the sales managers

  • Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events & conferences

  • Strategize, negotiate, & close business. Responsible for managing our sales cycle, for closing the deals that were generated by the Business Development team

  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency & visibility

  • Responsible for ensuring that each team member meet individual OKRs according to sales goals of the company

  • Driving & maximizing sales revenue & delivering profitable growth by promoting the growing capabilities of our offerings in the French geography

  • Manage relationships with potential clients.

  • While continually setting the client first, lead the sales team to deliver results by executing every day, week after week, & month to month

  • Develop territorial plans & report results monthly. Reporting on sales performance against budget & reporting on variances

  • Motivate & lead a fast-paced company with sales representatives focusing on corporate clients acquisition in all French territory

  • Guarantee the hiring & development of sales talents to support continued aggressive growth. Coaching, leading, & ensuring high-level performance of the French team

  • Observing sales behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses, & opportunities for improvement

  • Constantly strive to raise the bar in terms of talent, execution, process design, goals, & incentives

  • Communicate & collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as Marketing, Operations, Business Development & Customer Experience) on issues & opportunities impacting the business

  • Present results to business leaders meetings & executives

  • Ensure adherence to annual budgets.

  • Build an organizational culture in which performance & corporate values matter.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • BA or BS degree. MBA essential

  • Fluent in French & English, 3rd language is a plus

  • 5+ years sales management and/or operations experience, including front line & second level leadership roles

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales and/or business development; strong preference for experience selling into HR departments

  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
