So what do we expect of you, day to day?
You will be the escalation point for AskHR for all European specifics HR policies visa Service Now platform.
You will provide interpretation of policy or non-routine queries including researching local legislation where applicable & providing recommendations
You will support on managing the end to end process of the employee life cycle (including new employee orientation, on - boarding & training programs)
You will work with the Cluster HR Manager to support on delivering HR calendar activities & support HR initiatives, HR projects, case management
You will support the Cluster HR Manager through employee relation issues (including investigating & documenting)
You will be the first point of contact for employee queries & communicate with employees at all levels of the business.
You will liaise closely with payroll, employee changes & contractual matters & assist other European HR teams on some ad hoc projects when necessary
