FanDuel is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Director to join the Talent Acquisition team. We are committed to hiring best in class talent while providing a positive candidate experience & developing an exciting & respected employer brand.  You will drive process improvement, own metrics & reporting as well as other key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition function. You will be responsible for leading the operations function that drives hiring success including reporting & analytics, policies & practices, training for hiring managers & TA, systems & tools, vendor management.

GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Enhance recruitment optimization by finding opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition systems, tools, workflows, & processes
  • Partner with Recruiters to create an optimal experience for Recruiters & Hiring Managers, with a focus on efficiency & effectiveness
  • Manage key recruiting projects from concept through to execution; prioritize & set expectations on activities
  • Oversee key TA Operations processes & policies, such as employee referrals, internal process, & global mobility
  • Identify tools, systems, or technologies that will improve our processes & make the team more efficient
  • Proactively plan & lead critical projects for the TA team, while identifying & reporting on key milestones
  • Oversee key vendor relationships & management such as LinkedIn, job boards & recruitment agencies
  • Produce & maintain operational documents including process workflows, standard operating procedures, & work instructions

 THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in TA Operations with a specialized focus on process improvement, systems, tools, & project management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering collaboratively with peers, colleagues & business leaders
  • Experience in building comprehensive project plans, forming project based teams & driving to project completion while developing & reporting on key milestones
  • Experience with program & vendor management
  • Experience taking end-to-end ownership of projects & programs & driving results with a strong sense of efficiency, accuracy & confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects & programs with a strong ability to partner with & influence cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong track record in developing & conducting projects unilaterally in all stages planning, kick off, work coordination, proposal, implementation & handover to local HR
