Who you are:
We are looking for a Senior creative team to join our Global Brand Activation team based in NYC. The Brand Activation team at Klarna is responsible for developing, evolving, & building Klarna's brand. Ultimately, we are continuing to build a brand we are proud of & that people talk about. We are looking for a team that understands brand marketing & can flex between building campaigns to generate press/consumer excitement, all the way down to mid-funnel work that is more educational in nature. We work closely with leadership, global creative teams, marketing teams, social teams, & comms teams to create compelling work that maintains our brand consistency across our many channels. The team who will be successful in this role is well versed in creating untraditional campaigns, has executed work that pushes culture forward, & understands the full marketing funnel & eco-system.
What you will do:
You will work closely with the Brand Activation NYC lead, strategist, & creative director. Our global support team will also be involved at the right moments which includes a Creative Director & Design director & head of global brand. Additionally, you will need to work cross-functionally & be able to work closely with social, comms, & our design team. You will help lead & develop the creative campaigns, which include conceptual development, all the way to execution. You must be able to balance multiple projects at a time & be comfortable, collaborating with other teams, & reacting to team feedback with thoughtful creative solutions. You will be responsible for creating work that delivers on the strategic initiative of the brief & further supports the quality & standards of our brand.
