Position:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the communication of all the sales data reporting & analytics, mainly using Salesforce.com as your data source for the Global Sales Organization. You will work closely with Sales team members, building dashboards & conducting ad hoc analyses to help support the team & executive management goals. You will leverage data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure reporting, analytics & dashboard needs are met for front & back office teams across the org, including tracking new, expansion, retain, & services ARR.
 
Responsibilities:
      Support the development of sales & operations strategy, understand priorities & execute operational plans. 
      Optimize sales & operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement & system enhancements & best practice sharing. 
      Engage & work with aligned operations teams & lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs & analysis results. 
      Manage multiple concurrent projects & initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. 
      Apply quantitative analysis & data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers. 
      Ability to understand, create, & deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication. 
      Assist the sales operations manager in understanding process bottlenecks & inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales team's performance. 
      Develop & maintain sales analytics reports & dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales & executive leadership teams. 
      Drive process improvement & manage all aspects of Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity & maintenance. 
      Process orders & support sales teams with planning & operational tasks. 
      Provide Salesforce administration setup & training for all users, system configuration, reporting, documentation of best practices & maintenance of data. 
      Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce & train sales representatives to use these capabilities. 
      Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality & accuracy of contacts & accounts databases & develop processes & methods for acquiring net new names to our database 

Qualifications:  
      BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field 
      3 years of strong analytical & problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management, preferably at a high-tech or software company. 
      Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & other Microsoft Office Applications. 
      Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system. 
      Competency with relational databases & SQL queries. 
      Proven Ability to work & interact in a fast-paced environment & comfortable with requirement to multi-task 
      Strong analytical skills with attention to detail 
      Strong written & verbal communication skills 
      Experience with visual analysis applications & sales intelligence software (e.g. InsightSquared) 
      Proven experience in developing, building & delivering quantitative metrics in a business context preferred.
