The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager at Vimeo will be the primary B2B marketing operations expert, administrator, trainer, & power-user at the company.
Their focus will be architecting & building the operations, analytics, & reporting engine that will drive our B2B & enterprise marketing programs as we scale. You will build new processes & use best practices & data to empower a fast-growing team of marketing talent that acquires, engages & retains business customers.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, data-driven marketing operations leader with an aptitude for developing technical solutions across the marketing / sales funnel, creating efficiencies & driving results. Your work will allow the entire B2B marketing team to optimize campaigns, measure performance, target investment, forecast results, & resonate in the market.
What youll do:
- Optimize & automate the B2B lead-to-qualified-pipeline process
- Own the B2B marketing tech stack & integrations, conduct best practices training for marketing & sales development on tools, benchmarks
- Develop an implementation plan for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) / vertical targeting across marketing & sales
- Architect dashboards, attribution models, & tools to maintain accountability
- Lead channel & pipeline analysis to continuously optimize efforts
- Lead evaluation process for potentially new marketing technology, integrations & data collection in partnership with demand generation & sales
- Develop appropriate lead scoring & multi-touch attribution paradigms in partnership with demand generation & analytics teams that predictably drive pipeline growth
- Build advanced marketing programs in Marketo with complex workflows, including dynamic email copy / personalization, scoring, routing, & testing / experimentation
- Experiment & test on-site personalization & form optimization / progressive profiling
- Lead A/B & multivariate testing
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- 5-7 years experience creating & implementing proven successful marketing operations initiatives & strategy; Related marketing experience in growth-oriented organizations
- HTML & Marketo email development proficiency & passion
- Mastery of technology-based marketing stacks including landing page development, marketing automation software, email nurturing flows, integrations, & ABM
- Passion for problem solving & creating solutions
- Ability to present analysis & insights with clarity & confidence
- Can-do execution-oriented attitude & not afraid to take risks
