Ability to satisfy multiple stakeholders, diplomacy to resolve competing priorities gracefully, the organization & flexibility to manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, & events/ meetings. 

Role Expectations:

  • Manage & maintain complex calendars to ensure accurate scheduling & time management
  • Maintain a deep understanding of what is critical to the success of the SVP, aligning with the Chief of Staff for all decision making related to calendar management
  • Create travel itineraries & monitor travel to aid in changes to flights, meeting schedules, ground transportation, etc.
  • Prepare expense reports & complete other required administrative tasks in a compliant & timely manner
  • Coordinate all aspects of internal leadership events including venue selection, event readiness, & material preparation, & pre-event communications 
  • Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive business & personal matters with tact & professionalism
  • Anticipate & prepare proactive solutions based on knowledge of the orgs & its leaders needs, priorities, & circumstances through clear written & verbal communications
  • Demonstrative innovative solutions that bring efficiencies & clearer collaboration amongst the team
  • Establish data-driven insights that can aid in improving & optimizing the rhythm of business
  • Navigate novel & unique challenges by approaching with a growth mindset
  • Manage workforce planning for the Engineering org, stepping in for coverage across EAs as needed
  • Ensure regular review of RoB for Engineering Calendar & Exec functions
