The Senior Trainer is responsible for Customer, Partner & WorkFusion Employee enablement. This entails team collaboration in projects & programs of different complexity with business-critical activities focused on adoption of WorkFusion products within large enterprises. The Senior Trainer will focus on bringing best theoretical & practical knowledge to the table & help Customers, Partners achieve self-sufficiency & help WorkFusion Employee mature for the field work.
Participate in E2E enablement projects as trainer and/or developer
Host educational sessions during enablement projects
Mentor Customer & Partner teams during enablement projects
Tailor enablement plans to Customers & Partners needs
Conduct internal enablement projects to empower WorkFusion Employees
Collaborate with Enablement Managers on best approach to the enablement project
Create educational content for enablement project
Create & maintain enablement content for WorkFusion Automation Academy
Participate in multiple enablement projects concurrently
Independently manage activities & resolve issues with minimal help from management
Provide enablement guidance to project teams
Keep learning & expanding personal knowledge during enablement projects
Tracks performance & supports any identified retraining opportunities.
Participate in special projects as needed
BA/BS or MS in relevant domain
Superb written & verbal communications, presentation skills, & meeting facilitation skills
1-3 years of Java experience, hands-on programming skills
Machine Learning basics knowledge from courses/work
Solid understanding of design patterns & OOP
Knowledge on SQL, regex, HTTP, REST, JSON, XML is must
Hands-on Maven, Git, JUnit, InteliJ IDEA/Ecliplse
Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of enablement projects
Strong background in data structure & algorithms is an advantage
Experience with RPA products is a big plus
