We're looking for a dedicated member to run a daily Facebook trivia game based around entertainment & reality TV. This role would be responsible for strategizing, conceptualizing, & properly promoting a trivia game that runs on Facebook 24/7/365. This includes ideating on engaging questions for fans to answer & meeting deadlines for answers. The ideal candidate would also be able to pitch in on sourcing content & posting on all Team Whistle social media accounts.
We're looking for an expert in internet culture and & a task manager who is naturally organized & detail-oriented, enthusiastic about social media & all things culture -- someone who is a data-obsessed self-starter with excellent judgement & communication skills
- Daily Facebook Trivia Game
- Represent our company as an expert in the entertainment & reality television industry
- High-level & intuitive understanding of the Facebook platform - including general awareness of whats trending & functionalities of the app
- Identify popular TV shows for young adults & write engaging trivia questions to be used on a daily basis
- Track popular TV shows daily, update answers in a timely manner, & meet deadlines for the Facebook team
- Track data & insights & adjust strategy & questions regularly based on this info
- Stay up to date & also update larger social media team in regards to performance
- Able to work & take direction & constructive feedback from both peers & leaders across the organization
- The candidate is at the cutting edge of the cultural zeitgeist; understanding internet, social & meme culture & how to credibly & sensitively work within it whilst maintaining brand safety.
- General Social Media Expertise
- Identify UGC from all platforms that should be reposted on the Whistle brand account, gain permissions from creators, & re-edit audio tracks as needed;
- Ideate individually & collaboratively on engaging & innovative content ideas
- Constantly track competitor content & trends
- Community Management
- Community Management on all posts & in DMs - responding to comments consistently & in a timely manner;
- Proactive Community Management - engaging on posts relevant to our brand, liking their posts & commenting, etc.
