The vision of our Sales, Marketing, & Partnerships team is to drive long-term revenue with small businesses by creating meaningful & value-added engagement at every touch-point, developing the foundation for an ongoing business relationship.

The Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team works cross functionally & collaboratively across the organization to drive growth. We provide insights, support, analytics, forecasting, & change management to help align the goals of the company.

The Enablement Manager will lead the enablement function at OnDeck reporting into the broader Revenue Operations team. The manager will oversee vendor management & be the technology evangelist for the revenue team

As a Revenue Enablement Manager at OnDeck on the Rev Ops team, you will:

  • Oversee relationships with existing vendors, own renewal & procurement process
  • Constantly stay up to date on latest trends in SalesTech & MarTech
  • Strong communicator with the ability to speak in a technical manner & synthesize back to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Passion for driving process improvement & ability to prioritize based on constraints & business need
  • Partner with training & sales management to train, drive adoption, & improve existing processes
  • Work with stakeholders to manage the backlog of requests across multiple business units
  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive results by working with sales, marketing, partnerships, technology, & product

Necessary qualifications for success:

  • 3+ years in revenue/sales enablement & bachelors degree in relevant field
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience turning vision into reality
  • Experience working in an inside sales environment & understand contact center software & policies
  • Experience working closely with Salesforce.com administrators & developers. Bonus points if you have an admin certificate
  • Experience managing a team
  • Able to wear multiple hats & juggle changing priorities

Nice-to-haves (not required):

  • Relevant certifications
  • Working knowledge of SQL
