About the Role:

The Customer Success team at Planet is seeking a new Customer Success Manager to maintain relationships with our customers in the Middle East & North Africa.  Your mission will be to act as our main point of contact for our customers during their time with Planets contract life cycle & own your focus on client retention. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative thinker, & a great communicator. Maintaining a human-centered approach, you will help drive value realization & return on the clients investment. In addition, you will utilize your good working knowledge of remote sensing, GIS & geospatial imagery products to be our customers go-to Planet ambassador. 

Impact Youll Own:

  • Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Assist customers to expand their usage & adoption of our products
  • Onboarding & training of new clients
  • Ensure contract renewal
  • Provide excellent customer experience, ensure successful delivery of our services, produce timely solutions according to customer needs & goals
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract life-cycle, escalating important issues where needed
  • Work closely with sales representatives & other teams across the company

What You Bring:

  • Strong & proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management or similar
  • Good working knowledge of geospatial technologies, GIS or Remote Sensing
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, verbal proficiency in Arabic would be a big plus
  • Past experience working in the Middle East or with Middle Eastern customers required
  • Ability to successfully communicate & coordinate with international customers & sales team
  • Strong problem solving skills & proactive work style
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize job requirements
