The Cold Storage Inventory Lead is responsible for accurately picking, staging, receiving, auditing, & transacting all inbound & outbound products into our frozen food & refrigerated storage areas. Additionally, this position is responsible for unloading of goods & relocation to appropriate storage areas in the freezer & cooler using material handling power equipment.

Manage freezer cleanliness & product organization; ensure organic & other storage requirements to meet quality standards are met.
Maintain accuracy of counts of all frozen inventory items for supply chain; respond to count requests
Inspect & ensure quality compliance of inventory to specifications.
Pick, Stage, Store, Receive, & Return all frozen products.
Support inventory team with cycle counting the freezer on a weekly basis
Regular & timely attendance

Must be able to stand on your feet & work between 8-12 hours per shift
Must be able to grasp objects & lift up to 60lbs.
Able to work in a cold freezer area located in a walk-in freezer kept at between -5 & -20 degrees
Preferably has forklift experience
Preferably has warehouse management system experience
