As a Conversational Solutions Architect, you'll work as a technical member of our Customer Success team working closely with our Product, Engineering & Commercial teams. Using a Techno Functional skill-set, you consider the business needs & technical requirements of our enterprise integrations, helping to build & launch conversational experiences that leverage the strongest capabilities of our platform & customers' systems. We're passionate about solving our customers' most complex problems through conversational design & advanced automation integration. Our Design Thinking approach will give you the freedom to explore ideas & take ownership of projects while you collaborate with experienced teams: both inside & outside of Snaps.
