The Role:
By performing the following duties personally & through the work of others, the Senior Director of Business Development is responsible for developing, maintaining, retaining & growing new account growth.  This individual will be responsible for building & executing a sales strategy plan through registered investment advisors & other professional advisors/registered representations to introduce new clients to Forge / IRA as a custodian for alternative asset accounts.  

[The Senior Director of Business Development will team with the Relationship/Partner Manager(s) to work effectively together to close business & drive referral business through attentive service & support.] 

Teamwork Responsibilities:
The Senior Director of Business Development will work effectively with the broader Froge & IRA teams to provide consistency & efficiency in the onboarding of new clients.  Must be a team player & work effectively with other in collaboration.  

Relies on experience & judgment to plan & accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks with limited supervision. Require a large degree of creativity & latitude.  Must demonstrate strong organization skills, communication & presentation skills (written & verbal), & the ability to attract & motivate others effectively. Proficiently performs tasks, works autonomously under the direction of senior management.
