Were looking for an Acquisition Strategy & Planning Senior Manager that will lead new customer acquisition offer & promotional strategy for our sportsbook/racing product. This is an energizing & high profile role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Consistently challenge both our ways of working & our early customer experience to raise standards & improve performance
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams to drive customer growth through innovative functional enhancements & strategies
  • Partner with the Media & Demand Generation Team to ensure our paid media works hard & delivers efficient results
  • Lead our ATL offer strategy & execution of all our growth offers
  • Challenge & evaluate offer strategy effectiveness & lead ideation around new offer strategy
  • Primary owner of forecasting & reporting of our promotional offering KPIs
  • Steward of the acquisition bonus budget with strong commercial acumen around payback & ROI of promotional offerings
  • Advocate for & be a role model of the Acquisition Strategy & Planning team to influence wider marketing priorities & product & technology roadmaps
  • Identify, grow, & develop top talent within the Acquisition Strategy & Planning team

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital or growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial or mentorship experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven, & highly creative
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude, Adjust, GA, Chartio, Optimizely)
  • Results oriented, with the need to be objective & measure performance
  • Metrics driven & continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality & productivity
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Ability & eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Customer focused
  • Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred
