CLEAR is looking for a Content Strategy & Social Media Manager to drive CLEARs overall content & organic social media strategy. In this role, youll help to form, drive & execute the content & social strategy, develop & leverage UGC & manage influencer content development across current social channels. This role requires a highly creative thinker with strong communication skills & a passion to evolve & enhance CLEARs brand across social with a focus on executing & delivering content on a consistent cadence.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop & execute a multi-channel content strategy, clearly identifying the different purpose & objective for each platform
  • Create & implement specific social media strategies for brand activations & product/location launches
  • Generate & curate content that resonates with the companys target customer & communicates the brands ethos to grow our follower base, increase engagement & drive brand awareness & equity
  • Develop social strategy & engagement tactics to increase UGC & influencer content
  • Create copy & graphic assets in line with both CLEARs brand voice & brand guidelines
  • Use analytics tools to draw insights & measure success on what content resonates with our target audience to shape future strategy
  • Partner closely with Paid Media/Demand marketing team on Influencer strategy
  • Help develop & work closely with customer service on Community Management strategy

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years experience in content development & creation, preferably with a subscription-based company
  • Strong creative instinct & understanding & adopting a brands unique voice
  • Desire to test & learn content strategies
  • Prior experience planning & activating cross-channel social media campaigns
  • Experience with employee advocacy platforms & best practice
  • Highly organized & communicative
  • Knowledge of social platforms tools around scheduling & analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite & Sketch preferred
