Safety Program Manager ( can be based in AZ/CO/GA/TX
Due to growth, HelloFresh is looking to add a Safety Program Manager! As a Safety Program Manager, you will join forces with cross functional partners to head up workplace safety initiatives for our entire US Operations. You will develop & manage programs & teams in the trenches to promote HelloFreshs vision, inspire change, raise the bar, & champion a safe and secure environment!
You will... Be an expert in new build construction safety; specifically related to safe design, life safety, and regulatory compliance Be an expert in equipment safety requirements & design principals Have experience working with risk assessment tools including FEMA, Decision Trees, and other Quantitative Risk Assessment Tools Provide technical knowledge in the development of EHS controls, programs, & general workplace hazard control strategies. Act as a subject matter expert for safety questions Collect, analyze, & use data to identify safety or injury trends & develop corrective actions Develop training materials including toolbox talks, safety standards & safety engagement materials Support other departments including quality, food safety, production & logistics as needed Use continuous improvement principles to identify ways to improve our processes & results You are... You have... Expert knowledge in construction & launch safety from active construction through operational handoff 5+ years occupational safety experience with knowledge of manufacturing/industrial EHS Four-year degree in business, information systems, safety, or another related field CSP, GSP or ASP through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals or the ability to pursue Expertise in OSHA compliance, especially with powered industrial trucks & lockout/tagout Superior communication & presentation skills with ability to influence across all levels of an organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) & Google app (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.) The ability to travel 50%
