The Product Operations Director will lead & implement a variety of initiatives to ensure strong operational execution within the Product org. Reporting into the Sr Director of Product Operations, you will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Engineering, Product Management, & Business Development teams to help launch & scale our products. A successful candidate will have a strong operational background, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience, & an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
- Responsibilities will include proactively identifying areas for improvement, building new initiatives, leading & refining existing initiatives, & gathering feedback to aid in these endeavors
- Identifies, assesses, refines, & implements operational best practices across the Products organization to drive timely outcomes
- Maintain & administer product team wiki, shared team repositories, templates, guidelines, tools, resources, & business applications for the Product organization
- Design structure for department presentations & take lead on agenda & cadence for any content prep meetings
- Ensure cross-team communications & alignment within the team & across product areas
- Monitor & analyze trends to provide the key insights that drive the behavior & culture of the team
- Initiate new projects, implement, track & follow through the process without direct supervision
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of professional experience, including project management or operational experience.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data & research
- Strong analytical & creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile development
- Project management certification a plus
- Startup mentality; willing to pitch in wherever needed & wear many hats
- Cost & risk management skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, & diligent
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills; strong executive presence
- Some travel required (~30%)
