THE ROLE: Short Term Acquisition Marketing Coordinator

We are looking to add a talented associate to our high performing acquisition marketing team.  This position provides a unique opportunity to participate in the development & analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns for Rue La La & Gilt.  We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment & are excited by the challenge of working with internal & external teams to execute marketing campaigns across myriad channels.

**This is a 3 month contract to start**

What You'll Do:

• Assist in new customer acquisition for Rue La La & Gilt via various marketing partnerships across paid advertising channels
• Analyze individual campaign performance to derive actionable insights to improve performance, conversion rates, & customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with internal & external partners to develop process improvements, streamline operations, & improve reporting
• Conduct competitive analysis & participate in marketing innovation strategy

• 1-2 years experience in a marketing role, customer acquisition or e-commerce is a plus!
• Tech savvy & comfortable using advertising technologies
• Excels at managing multiple projects to deliver timely results in a fast-paced environment
• Fun, energetic & collaborative personality with self-starter approach to work
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; Tableau experience is a plus!
• High attention to detail; Excellent verbal & written communication skills
