Based in Houston, the Customer Experience Representative willdeliver top-quality service to our end users & contribute to Gympass' success by encouraging member engagement. We are a customer-firstcompany,and believe that no customer problem is too big or too small. In this role, you will assist customers over the phone & email to understand the root of the issue & offer constructive solutions. You will have the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the Gympass platform & be an expert in all possible solutions for any problem.
