Job Summary:

The  Customer Success Manager at Conductor will be responsible for fostering product adoption across a shared book of customer accounts. Working in partnership with the account management team, the Customer Success Manager will guide customers to success with Conductors platform, ensure that customers renew, & act as a trusted advisor. In addition to working directly with customers, you will also have opportunities to share your knowledge broadly by crafting reusable presentations, knowledge base articles, blogs, or videos about common customer workflows.

Team Description:

This role falls under the Digital Customer Success function at Conductor. Our team is laser-focused on delivering value to customers using digital activities & a repeatable, scalable, data-driven methodology. As a member of our team, you will embrace the Conductor Digital Customer Success mission of empowering our customers to transform their SEO business using Conductor by personalizing user journeys at scale. We are looking for an individual contributor who is hungry for a highly impactful role within a growing department.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Run product adoption playbooks throughout the customer journey with a goal of driving operational dependency on Conductors platform.
  • Monitor product usage across your assigned book of business, & use data to prioritize your outreach to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with your peers in sales, product, marketing, & customer success to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Maintain strong documentation related to customer issues, proactive tasks & general account information.
  • Provide expert deployment methodologies to train & enable users in Conductors platform.


  • Minimum 2 year of  experience in customer success, support or professional services for SaaS software companies.
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, & time management skills
  • Tech savvy with the desire to learn about our platform, & the ability to talk the talk about web-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact & communicate effectively with all levels 
  • Ability to collaborate & work in a team environment
  • Strong team player also able to work independently & make sound decisions balancing needs of Conductor & our customers.
  • Have an ear for discovery & a deep desire to understand the customers needs & business.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Conductor Platform helpful.
  • Intellectually curiosity & flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities


Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. 

The base salary range for this role is currently $53400 - $88900.  Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on  education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, & geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.

Variable compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a variable bonus based on attainment of quota & performance targets. The base/variable mix is 80/20.
