TTG is hiring a self-driven, highly energized temporary Recruiter in London to support our growing Talent Acquisition team.

Reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition in New York, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting - sourcing & evaluating candidates for all global (currently US, UK, AU) positions, technical & non-technical. You will work closely with hiring managers to design & execute a talent acquisition/recruiting strategy in an effort to locate & hire exceptional talent who will continue to drive TodayTix Group forward.

We are a remote friendly / hybrid company. Our office is open in London for those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 & would prefer to work from the office.

Please note: this is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of turning into a full-time position. 

What youll do

  • Manage several open roles at varying levels across many different teams & countries (primarily UK & US), maintaining strong attention to detail & providing a high level of customer service to both hiring managers & external candidates
  • Evaluate a high volume of inbound applicants & source passive candidates through a variety of methods (social, networking, industry events, etc), building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority & hard-to-fill positions
  • Collaborate with our Talent Team to continue to make improvements to our hiring processes, ensuring that they are exciting, efficient & effective for candidates & hiring managers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, culture, strategic direction, & competitors, & use this knowledge to craft compelling messaging to potential candidates
  • Maintain clear & consistent records in our applicant tracking system
  • Contribute to ad hoc recruiting & People Ops projects as necessary
  • Support with onboarding new starters & employee orientation
  • Develop innovative ways to attract talent outside of the conventional pipeline sourcing methods
  • Ensure all hiring teams are trained & following TTG best practices


  • You have 3+ years of full-cycle technical & business recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • International recruiting experience a plus
  • You are hyper organised with strong project management skills
  • You champion diversity, equity, & Inclusion on a daily basis & are committed to fostering a culture where candidates of all backgrounds are welcomed & celebrated
  • You are able to prioritize, problem-solve, & work efficiently & independently sometimes under strict deadlines 
  • Youre a proactive, articulate & confident communicator (both written & verbal) & pay strong attention to detail
  • Youre flexible & have the ability to adapt to unpredictable change
  • You have the ability to stay focused while juggling several priorities
  • Youre outgoing & dynamic
  • You love working in fast-paced high-growth environments
  • You have a passion for theatre and/or ticketing 
  • You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse and/or Lever a plus) & G-Suite
