Workplace Experience Manager

What youll do:

  • The WorkPlace Experience Manager is responsible for curating & administrating the Convene WorkPlace hospitality experience by providing:
    • Tenant onboarding
    • Daily member support
    • Planning & execution of community events
    • Serve as an ambassador to all members of your assigned WorkPlace property, as well as to potential new members
    • Collaborate with the onsite team to create & maintain the customer experience from move-in to move-out
  • Responsible for WorkPlace Operations:
  • Own & manage overall WorkPlace Operations for the property (WorkSuite, Individual memberships & Corporate Access)
  • Become fluent in all things WorkPlace & be able to comfortably speak to our offerings & policies with current & potential clients
  • Serve as liaison between WorkPlace members & operations
  • Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community & manage member expectations
  • Manage leads & execute contracts for new individual memberships
  • Coordinate seamless member move-in & move-out experience for WorkSuite members (incl. training, welcome gifts, system setup, deliveries, etc)
  • Manage memberships in Salesforce & Convene booking portal; including account creation, building out membership profile, invoicing, & visitor & credit management
  • Conduct onboarding for new members on WorkPlace policies & procedures
  • Tour walk-in potential WorkPlace clients
  • Participate in ideation meetings with WorkPlace management & corporate teams to better improve the WorkPlace product
  • Uphold Convenes policies & WorkPlace guidelines
  • Manage Community Events:
  • Responsible for creation & execution of all WorkPlace Community programming & events
  • Work with Area Community Events Manager, & onsite staff, to develop & implement overarching community programs & engagement strategies
  • Maintain standard event content on weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, including regular Surprise & Delights for members
  • Work with building management to provide membership-driven events to tenants in the building
  • Communicate & promote new community features or procedures to both WorkPlace members & Convene staff
  • Develop & maintain community department resources, guidelines, & policies actively contributing to the development of WorkPlace & the community program

What we look for:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or applicable/equivalent experience in co-working spaces
  • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years experience in hospitality management, operations, customer success, and/or focused teams/departments
  • Experience in an enterprise coworking environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities & prioritize effectively
  • Proven track record in a client/member facing role
  • Proven track record of creating client relationships & retainment
  • Ability to lead other team members & work effectively with clients
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity & ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required
  • Event production / event management software experience is preferred but not required
  • Flexible & long hours sometimes required
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, & place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reach overhead & below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, & stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
