Fraud @ Wealthsimple The Fraud Operations team lives within Wealthsimple's Fraud Group which is part of Data Science & Engineering Organization. Wealthsimple's Fraud Group encompasses both engineering & operational aspects of fraud: prevention, detection & investigation.
About the role The Team Lead will be responsible for providing first-line supervision of Fraud Analysts & procedures at Wealthsimple. The Team Lead is a financial crime expert, & owns overall development & improvement of the Fraud Operations team. The Team Lead also coordinates & assists with quality control, on-boarding, & the delivery & development of new hire training.
