About the Role: 

The Guide Operations Manager will help scale the program supporting Chiefs network of executive coaches. Chiefs executive coaches, or Guides, are integral to Chiefs key service Core. Core enables members to build their personal board of advisors & work through their most important leadership challenges. Guides are responsible for helping navigate each Core Groups journey, facilitating powerful group discussions & meetings. 


  • Provide operational support for the Guide Program as Chief grows exponentially in number of Core Groups & Guides, across multiple markets
  • Manage the Guide pipeline process from determining capacity to sourcing & interviewing, & lead Orientation training to ensure Guides are set up for success facilitating meetings
  • Partner with the Core Operations team to match Guides with Core Groups & ensure proper execution of Core logistics for new & upcoming Core Meetings 
  • Collaborate with Membership Experience team to ensure all member feedback is delivered to Guides to continuously improve the Core experience 
  • Plan community events & trainings to build opportunities for ongoing learning, as well as community engagement within the Guide community
  • Iterate on existing processes to help us become better, faster, & more efficient
  • Analyze program data & surface insights to the Head of Guide Experience to help optimize the Guide Program & resources

What Were Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of work experience; start-up experience a plus
  • Project management experience you can set up new processes & improve on existing ones
  • Able to multitask while remaining methodical & dedicated to the task at hand
  • Detail-oriented & hyper-organized; you can keep track of anything & everything
  • Excel proficiency a must; familiarity with additional project management tools a plus
  • Excellent communication skills & EQ
  • A no task is too small attitude
  • Excitement to deliver a critical service to our members
  • Passion for the Companys mission, positioning & brand to empower women in business & spark change from the top
