The people team at PagerDuty is growing! We are on the search for our first ever Sr. Manager, Talent Management. Inclusion, Diversity & Equity is at the core of who we are & how we operate at PagerDuty. As we continue to scale, we are on the search for a leader who is passionate about facilitation & execution of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity manager & employee learning experiences, monitor measurement, status, & scalability of the experience. This leader will elevate the Performance Experience at PagerDuty through managing the experience & the program by partnering with HR business parters & People Ops to execute the Performance Experience change management, activities, learning, & communications. Additionally they will own process improvement & evolving PagerDuty's career & competency development (career architectures, Modern Leadership Competency Model, Leadership Playbook) refresh & roll-out across the organization.
