THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a VIP Promotions Associate to help drive our initiatives. You will play a key role supporting FanDuels VIP programs. You will gain exposure to multiple brand verticals including but not limited to Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Casino & Racing. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage VIP promotional marketing activity across all channels
  • Track VIP competitor activity in each market & develop spend measurement programs to track how Fanduel is performing vs market benchmarks
  • Work with Campaign Analysts, report on promotional effectiveness on all major campaigns, as well as weekly promotional effectiveness on all key KPIs including actives & turnover etc
  • Manage & coordinate the promotional plan across each channel, vertical, & VIP customer segment to ensure that VIP deliver promotions that are most relevant to the consumer
  • Implement campaigns by assisting in the research, planning & execution of promotional marketing initiatives
  • Producing written content for all promotions, terms & conditions, banner requests & SEO pages
  • Evaluate promotional performance & ROI & potential modifications for future initiatives
  • Work with internal departments to ensure proposition & promotional content is executed correctly & in a timely manner
  • Assist with identifying new & creative email tactics that increase traffic, engagement, conversion & overall customer lifetime value
  • Work alongside our VIP Account Managers, VIP Hosts & CRM team to help formulate our planning along with collaborating with these stakeholders in executing our promotions to the best possible standard
  • Partner with your Manager in the development & implementation of educational materials to share VIP best practices for using marketing tools across the group

 

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, with experience creating & managing campaigns from start to finish preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • You have used at least one email service provider or push notification tool (preferably Braze)
  • Experience writing copy for emails, push notifications, & in app messages
  • Good knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Good understanding of CRM platform metrics
  • Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • Has a positive attitude & loves opportunities to collaborate with others
  • Strong organizational skills & effective at project management
  • An avid sports & gaming fan, & have played FanDuel or competitive products
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends & evening shifts
