Systems Operations & Integrations Analyst

The Systems Operations & Integrations Analyst will be an instrumental partner in supporting the organization in its continued growth & success. With our commitment to innovation, the business analyst will seek out, develop, & help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency & productivity related to enterprise systems architecture as well as information delivery. The business analyst will help guide our organization into the future through researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, while also maintaining the current infrastructure & architecture & partnering with business operators to optimize usage & performance. Our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, & top-notch analyst. They should be wholly committed to the discovery & development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities

  • System Administration:
    1. De/Provisioning of Users on the following systems (applicable systems & platforms include Netsuite, Fusion, Celigo, Workfront, & others)
    2. Maintain User roles & permissions across above platforms
    3. Author & update internal & external documentation, & formally initiate & deliver requirements & documentation
  • Issue support Design framework for tracking & assessing accountability as well as resolution performance indicators
    1. Submit & manage support tickets for all applicable systems
    2. Identify & work to resolve bottlenecks for operational process improvement
    3. Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness & troubleshoot problems
    4. Use management systems like Workfront or Jira
  • Integration Support Integration maintenance, ensuring all current & future integrations are running properly & handling communication of exception reporting to applicable individuals
  • Data Warehouse Support: Assist Business Intelligence Manager with data warehouse implementation, administration, development, support, troubleshooting & documentation
  • Other Development Project/Roadmap Items
    1. Assist with evaluation of new platforms
    2. Maintain process flows & tech stack documentation
    3. Create & implement precise management plans for IT projects, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
    4. Perform, evaluate, & communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
    5. Determine & develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science or Data Management
  • High proficiency with SQL, JavaScript (Python knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience (professionally or academically) with database management, database design, data cleansing or data analysis
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience designing, administrating, or supporting at least one financial or operations system (ERP, EPM or Project Management)
  • Practical experience generating process documentation & reports
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics or systems development capacity
