Job Description:

Were hiring a Senior Recruiter to support HelloFresh recruitment efforts across our Operations Team in the United States. To succeed in this role, youll need to be a dedicated, passionate talent acquisition specialist who is driven to support HelloFresh to find the best talent. Youll need to be professional, have a high sense of urgency, a proven background of recruiting in the Operations space.

You will

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for salaried positions in Operations (Warehouse, Production, Facilities, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Safety, etc.)
  • Partner with HRBPs & hiring managers to develop, implement, & execute hiring strategies
  • Identify trends in the Operations space & make recommendations for staying ahead of the competition in the attraction of top talent in these areas
  • Immerse yourself in our Operations department & become the subject matter expert
  • Strengthen our employer brand by providing a best-in-class candidate experience for local candidates as well as candidates being hired at other sites
  • Interact with candidates, hiring managers & colleagues at all levels in a professional & timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues in other locations around the US & ensure distance does not hinder the recruitment process or candidate experience
  • Creatively source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Have a results-driven approach to recruiting, developing & improving our sourcing strategies for both active & passive candidates.
  • Diligently work to maintain accurate & up-to-date records in our ATS
  • Stay abreast of federal, state, & local law concerning hiring

At a minimum, you have...

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in a full life-cycle recruiting position, preferably a mix of agency & corporate
  • Prior experience recruiting in Operations and/or field-based roles
  • Experience managing & tracking candidates within an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, Taleo, etc.
