Lyft is looking for a Planning Manager who wants to revolutionize transportation.

As a Planning Manager you will manage inventory & Oracle processes to ensure the correct level of components & raw materials are ordered to meet demand for our e-bike fleet Stations assets to support our microbility Markets. Stations are the mechanisms in which our microbility vehicles are docked within. 

Rigorous inventory management is a goal & you will perform all systematic receipts, work orders & fulfillment activities in Oracle while fostering & building rapport with our international Station suppliers & manufacturers. This role will involve deep coordination with our Sourcing, Operations, Fulfillment & Logistics teams. 

Many of the Station suppliers are based in Montreal & thus French speaking experience is strongly preferred. 

This role is based in NYC.


  • Navigate our Stations vendors & manufacturers based in Montreal & across the globe to place, monitor & deliver orders to Markets & Distribution centers on time
  • Inventory management of Station assets & spares via systematic entry of work orders, assembly builds & purchase orders in Oracle
  • Coordination & management of Station shipments both domestically & internationally to final delivery
  • Preparation of shipping documentations (ie - packing slips, commercial invoices)
  • Weekly meetings with suppliers to follow-up on production schedules
  • Communication with key internal stakeholders such as the Global Sourcing Management & Operations teams regarding NPIs & Market allocation updates
  • Support all relevant functions in creating & communicating gap closing scenarios
  • Assist with Stations Planning & other special projects as needed


  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Planning preferred 
  • 3+ years of experience in roles with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Logistics, Distribution and/or Fulfillment
  • Knowledge of Material flows in manufacturing
  • Experience with Oracle (ERP system) a plus
  • Great organizational & time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a team player & get-it-done attitude
  • Experience building from scratch, working cross-functionally, & managing commodities & processes
