THE POSITION: Our roster has an opening with your name on it
In order to offer sports betting & online casino across the country, FanDuel has entered into over 10 market access partnerships with more on the way. These partnerships touch almost every functional group in the company, from product to finance to technology. We need someone that can develop an organization that can maintain a holistic view of these partnerships to ensure they function smoothly & that we maximize the value of the partnership for both sides. Initially, the team will include one additional manager with the potential for additional hires as we add additional market access partners.
THE GAME PLAN: Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Solidify position as the #1 Sportsbook in North America:
- Proactively identify ways to expand & deepen each of the partnerships
- Develop & execute on strategies for how our partners can continue to create value for FanDuel
- Contribute to making FanDuel the the most iconic, trusted brand in mobile gaming:
- Develop & maintain key relationships within the partner organization & serve as a trusted POC for the partner within the FanDuel org
- In conjunction with SVP of Business Development, create a game plan & process for working & communicating with each of our partners
- Understand each of the touch points between the partner & FanDuel to help identify & resolve issues before they need to be escalated
THE STATS: What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 10 years working in a commercial or operational capacity for companies in the gaming or consumer Internet businesses
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to understand businesses holistically
- Familiarity with financial planning & analysis, & marketing & with a basic understanding of Internet & marketing technologies
- Problem solver with ability to think on their feet
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives including up to C-Level roles
- Willingness to travel to interact with partners in person
