Shestel is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager open to working with a startup in the online media and entertainment industry.

Shestel is an online platform that uses digital content including movies, TV shows, sports, and more to bring people together. Shestel is looking at bridging the gap between people's disconnection from the social networking segment within the social media and online entertainment industry.

Our mission is to create a safe and enjoyable platform for users to share their thoughts and feelings about the content they consume. We strive to create meaningful relationships between users through content. As a new startup, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can capture the essence of this mission and become part of the journey to build a difference in today's digital age and how social connection has deteriorated.
The ideal candidate for this role should be creative, and detail-oriented, have a passion for digital marketing, have a strong understanding of analytics, understand branding principles, online marketing, and social media, and be able to think strategically to develop and execute successful campaigns.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase demand and brand awareness.
Monitor and track digital marketing campaigns and performance, analyze results, and make adjustments as necessary
Manage and optimize the Shestel website, including SEO, content optimization, and design
Oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, podcasts, and other content
Maintain and update digital advertising platforms, websites, and social media accounts
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends
Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and affiliates
Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to ensure the smooth operation of digital marketing efforts
* Work closely with the CEO to implement the marketing strategies properly.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
Extensive knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
Experience with web design and development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress
Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Nice to have:
Ability to work independently and with a team remotely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Zoho Suite, and Adobe Creative.
Familiarity with data analysis tools, CRM, and A/B testing.
Experience with online advertising platforms and market research.
Experience in the online media and entertainment industry.
Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends.


Compensation:
The ideal candidate will be compensated as an early employee through equity and graduate with a salary upon performance review.
