We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to work in our New York City office & join an experienced & professional team that plays a critical role in the value our clients receive as part of their subscription. You will be responsible for delivering a level of service to our customers that maximizes their ROI & drives near-perfect retention rates. Partnering with the sales team, you will develop & manage relationships within our existing subscriber base, which includes hedge funds & investment banks across the country.
