The Challenge

The Emerging Alliances Representative is responsible for nurturing & developing existing OneTrust Partners as well as identifying & creating new partners in the SMB & Mid-Sized markets. This person will drive the relationships with partners & enable partners to influence client activity. The ideal candidate will be a new business hunter as well as an excellent relationship builder.

Your Mission

  • Build & connect existing & new partners within our ecosystem in order to drive revenue on new & existing opportunities. 
  • Understand & develop the relationship needs of growing organizations & take a consultative approach in handling aspects of the partner relationship 
  • Collaborate across various teams, both internally & externally, to ensure our partners bring the highest impact to OT
  • Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions. 
  • Make recommendations & coach partners around our products & future product developments. 
  • Develop proposals & create product demonstrations 
  • Handle partner contract negotiations & accurately forecasting to management 
  • Manage new partner onboarding process & drive product adoption
  • Meet & exceed monthly, quarterly & annual goals & objectives 

You Are

  • Confident with excellent communication skills (must be able to effectively communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Self-starter & willing to learn a lot!
  • Disciplined with sales processes & CRM hygiene
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • New business hunter 
  • Proven to take a consultative approach

Your Experience Includes

  • BS or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Effective sales presentation skills, forecasting, & planning skills 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions. 
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding target goals. 
  • Travel will be expected (20-30%) 
  • Work out of our Sandy Springs office
