We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will have two primary responsibilities within the Finance department of the Firm: 1.) Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and.) 2. Accounts Payable analyst supporting the Head of Expense Management. Anticipate the time allocation will be equally split across these two primary responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management of the CFO
  • Office correspondence (Sorting & filtering incoming mail, as well as outgoing mail)
  • Travel management
  • Conference room management
  • Meeting management (dial in, room set-up, etc)

Accounts Payable Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for processing the firms employees travel & expense vendor invoices
  • Responsible for making sure the vendor invoice expenses are properly booked & accrued
  • Responsible for reconciling the cash payments of these payments
