As our Employer Branding Manager at Qonto, you will directly report to Sarah, our VP of People, & contribute to developing Qonto's awareness & strengthening our position as a great place to work in Europe.

This new position within the People Team has been created to develop Qonto's employer brand in order to help the Talent Acquisition team attract new talents & to make sure Qonto is a place people are proud to work.

As a Project Manager, your role will be to lead Qonto's employer branding global projects in collaboration with many departments: comms, content, brand, recruitment, design, etc.

‍‍As an Employer Branding Manager at Qonto, you will

Understand our target audience, key drivers of attraction & retention, & define our Employee Value Proposition to reach them.
Develop a 360° plan with clear objectives to make Qonto's mission, promise, core values, shine & to ensure attractiveness & engagement for both candidates & Qontoers.
Be responsible for the operational roll-out plan: communication strategy, content creation, roll-out plan both internally & externally, communication toolkits, professional social media platforms, update of corporate website…
Cultivate meaningful partnerships and organize in-house events, career fairs, campus management to build talent pipelines.

About You

Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in a Marketing and/or Employer Branding position.
Mastery: You have strong content creations & can do this from scratch. You are hands-on, able to multitask & prioritize your daily workload but you are also accurate & rigorous in everything you do.
Teamwork: You are able to work with & align with several teams (marketing, hiring, founders).
Communication: You have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
Languages: You speak both French & English fluently.
Education: You have a Master's degree from a business school or equivalent in Marketing or Human Resources.
