Role Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our administration team & support accounting & administrative functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer accounting, invoicing, managing supplier invoices, & recording in the general ledger.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts & verify incoming payments
- Issue & control outgoing invoices
- Record & manage supplier invoices (accounts payable)
- Update & maintain general ledger entries
- Support monthly & annual closing activities
- Monitor payment deadlines & cash flows related to customer & supplier accounts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles (max 2-3 years preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, precision, & organizational skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
