Responsibilities
      Partnering with a diverse group of business leaders & teams (Marketing, Brand & Creative, Finance, Manufacturing, BI, Communications & Customer Care, Sales, Service & Design) to identify & deliver values centric & commercially aligned people strategies
      Support the functions with organization design & development to ensure they are a high performing, maximizing their potential & highly engaged teams
      Delivering high quality end-to-end people experiences throughout the lifecycle
      Help evolve & grow MOO's overall People experiences & infrastructure
      Developing functional Manager & Leader capabilities both within specific business areas & ensuring consistency across MOO
      Work with leadership team to align business strategies with hiring & internal talent strategies; partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure they have the right people at the right time
      Coach & Advisor to leadership teams, including ER management as required
      You turn data into actionable insights
      A champion for diversity & inclusion
      Partner with the business & key stakeholders on core project such as Gender Pay Gap, Modern Slavery, Wellness, etc
 
About You
      An established senior HR generalist with a successful track record in high impact business partnering.
      Comfortable shifting between hands on & strategic
      Ideally helped organisations evolve their people practices to scale
      Growth mindset, & at the forefront of initiating & leading change, seeking to continually evolve & learn how we can be better
      You possess the ability to be immersed in the business close to the "pulse" of the employees & business to ensure a high level of engagement & retention
      An influencer - the ability to manage stakeholders & different perspectives
      Very personable & yet, someone whose natural style is very comfortable handling complex & challenging conversations through to conclusion
