POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

As an Account Manager on our Client Success & Services team, you will work closely with our entrepreneurs to help them get the most out of our platform & their crowdfunding campaigns. We are looking for relationship builders & problem solvers who can build strategic relationships with our existing clients to drive revenue, amplify growth & maximize client lifetime value. In this role, you will be supporting a wide array of entrepreneurs - impress them with your deep understanding of the Indiegogo platform & delight them with top-notch support throughout their crowdfunding journey.
