As a Product Manager you'll be responsible for strategizing, developing, delivering & executing on our product roadmap & vision for Moda going forward.This is an incredible opportunity for a true leader & product visionary with proven success to join our fastest growing platform

What youll do:

  • Help lead & set the companys strategic direction, defining & articulating new opportunities, & working in close with executive leadership, our technology team, & various business teams to articulate specific goals
  • Help create the vision & articulate the short & long-term strategy for our product teams, ensuring alignment with the Product Roadmap for the larger Moda organization
  • Represent the customer by building impactful, personal relationships, championing them & bringing their voice into the product creation process
  • Own our KPIs, metrics & acquisition numbers inside & out & be prepared to discuss growth objectives
  • Roll up your sleeves to work alongside your team, while providing thoughtful guidance, strong leadership development

What were looking for:

  • 5-8 years experience with strong technical or product expertise including working on a team in fast-paced organizations & environments
  • Strong cross functional partner with C-level executives including technology, marketing, sales, operations, & finance
  • Demonstrated experience with optimizing Conversion funnels, Site analytics, Site Testing, CRM & Marketing Systems in a B2C environment
  • Demonstrated experience launching new products in high growth markets
  • Demonstrated experience with SEO techniques & other product-driven growth initiatives
  • Familiar with product development in Agile & OKR methodologies preferably with squad structures
  • Familiarity with managing site content systems & localization
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize & broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate
  • Familiarity & comfort with data, data science including the ability to use data to analyze & monitor product KPI metrics
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs & evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
  • BA required; MBA a plus.
