The Opportunity The client services team is an integral part of our agencies growth & success. Reporting into the VP of Business Development & Client Services you'll be responsible for the oversight & leadership of the client services team.
We need a strong leader with proven experience in hitting revenue targets & achieving growth objectives. You'll be responsible for building team processes & coaching all team members to succeed.
Your team works closely with other departments, to ensure that all client deliverables are being met. This means that it will be necessary for you to focus on cultivating great internal relationships with other department leads. You will be responsible to inspire the clients vision to internal teams while also ensuring that our teams & our work are properly represented to the clients as well.
You'll need strong analytical & strategic skills to be able to help your team create detailed account plans & provide strategic direction to both clients & internal teams is imperative. Experience in a wide array of digital marketing & technology related projects is strongly desired in order to be able to create multi-faceted opportunities to help our clients reach their goals.
