About the Position:
As our Outbound Sales Development Manager, you will be working with 9-12 highly motivated Sales Development Representatives, & will be responsible for helping them to drive results & achieve a higher level of mastery in their roles. Your team will focus strictly on outbound efforts to a clearly defined portion of ChowNow's total addressable market. With the support of the Growth Operations team, your SDRs will work tightly constructed campaigns to help drive sales pipeline growth across the company. You will also partner closely with sales leadership to ensure that your team is performing at the highest level possible.
Reports to Director of Sales Development; 9-12 direct reports.
